Tampons. I've been using kotex but I'm not picky, it's just they have pretty colors and they're the same price as all the other ones, so I choose color :p

The first 2 days of my period I'll change tampons about every 4 hours, then the next couple of days usually every 8 hours. Not sure how many that is total, probably no more than 10.

I use both alternating. Some days are pad days, some are tampon days, depends on what I am wearing and how I feel...

I use playtex sport tampons, and always ultra-thin pads... I probably only use about 2-3 tampons per month...

In general I prefer tampons because I can wear whatever underwear I want with them, but the thing is on my first day of my period when the flow is heavy I leak through the tampon and it gets on my underwear. So on the first day when it is heavy I usually wear a pad, then after that I switch to tampons only.

I like any brand tampons I've tried really, but I like a plastic applicator.

And for pads I like Always Ultra Thins. I HATE thick maxi pads.

For tampons I really like the Tampax pearl and Kotex for pads (I prefer liners because they're not as bulky). I change my tampons every 6 to 8 hours and go through 8 to 12 a month.

Tampons! I use Playtex Pearl :) Change about every 4 hours. Sometimes I use pads at night. Probally 7 or 8 per month.

pad its just quicker and easier a tampon takes time and complicated in my opinion

Pads, I'm a virgin so I don't want to take any risks! I use "Always". I change the pad every two hours or less, it depends on where I am at, because periods are disgusting.
