How do you control your self from eating more?

im just curious what kinds of things you do to stop your self from over eating. I'm just naturally hungry all the time since I'm pretty active with a sweet spot for chocolates. I have about 12% body fat and I want to drop it to about 8% in one month which is possible since I only weigh 165 (16 pounds is fat).
How do you control your self from eating more?
