personally, I try not to base my food around tofu/bean replacements like bean burgers and tofu mince because he defies the beauty of being a vegetarian; that 95% of food types out there are plant based. in the western world, people have an unvaried and bland diet that includes meat everywhere so becoming a vegetarian forces us to get creative. drop the replacements and start learning. personally I've broken it down into meal TYPES and then I change up the recipes from within those groups ... stir fries, noodles, sandwiches, curries, salads, soups etc. it will take time and effort to learn new recipes but once you've got the basics of each meal TYPE, you will then be free to change them around. one food type that you probably haven't heard of is shakshouka. it's israeli and amazing. put simply, no one can give you recipes because the vast majority of all foods are plant so you have an unbelievably wide variety to choose from. not sure how else to help.

I'm not a vegetarian, but am trying to eat healthy, so a lot of my meals are meat free.
Eat LOTS of fruit. They are a great snack and fill you up.
If you aren't opposed to animal products like milk and eggs, having eggs is a great breakfast and gives you many of the nutrients that meat would give you.
Try lot's of different soups, and get veggie-burgers at restaurants. Some restaurants make really good black bean burgers. ;)
Burritos are awesome and you can try so many different ingredient combos!
Another favorite of mine is pasta with a bit of olive oil and garbanzo beans.
Anything with beans will give you the protein you're missing from meat, plus fiber!
Veggie burgers can be really great, too, contrary to popular belief. I hiiighly recommend Morningstar Farms' Grillers or Chik Patties.

I am not a vegetarian BUT I do eat one vegetable only meal everyday. I have found that stir frying vegetables of all sorts and adding seasonings can make a delicious, satisfying and filling meal. There are probably one million vegetable stir fry dishes available on the Internet.
