brie! heavenly! I also love goat cheese, it sounded gross when I first heard of it, but when I tried it in a farmers market, I was blown away its like cream cheese but less tangy and more creamy! I like cheddar and munster too!

I HATE blue cheese though its the most nastiest thing that ever existed.

Best question I've ever read on here. =P 5 stars. I love Swiss, Mozzarella, Sharp Cheddar, Pepper Jack, Cream Cheese, and smoked Gruyere, along with Parmesan and an occasional crumble of feta... There are few kinds that I don't like, but there are also many kinds I haven't tried yet.

Really tough to say.. Camembert and brie have the best taste overall, but then there's mozzarella and goat cheese.. I think I'm going to choose just your average cream cheese block. That can be put on anything melted or just by itself.
