How many lbs can I lose (healthily) in 3 months if I'm already at a healthy weight?

I am currently 5'6 135 lbs, and would like to lose 15 lbs to get to 120ish lbs...

I am currently a busy college student, with studying for exams and having all nighter sessions, it makes losing weight a bit hard for me.

For a busy college student, how much weight can one lose per month so that their energy levels aren't depleted and I can still think and be sane?
How many lbs can I lose (healthily) in 3 months if I'm already at a healthy weight?
