Waxing is the easiest and least painful for me. I get my eyebrows threaded though. For the breaking out problem, if you wash the area gently with some mild soap and make sure it's not oily or has wax remnants, that usually helps.
search YouTube for sugar ring. you can create this wax from sugar. you probably shouldn't use it if your diabetic but otherwise it's great. it's inensive too. hope I helped

I've waxed before, but It can leave the area tense for about 3 days. Now, I pluck. You get used to it and it's the least expensive.
Nothin wrong with a little mustache. But you can try laser
I pluck with tweezers. It was painful at first, but after a while it stops hurting. Maybe the roots weaken.
Don't shave its gonna turn into a beard
