hey people I have prom soon and I v got no idea what to do.

I'm not fat but I have some belly can you give me any ideas of a natural diet

and can you please send me any pics with cute short dresses please

An A-line would probably be best. I have kind of a pudgy belly too. Always have, even when I got down to 120 lbs and was UNDERWEIGHT! I don't know how much time you have, but I've been doing Yoga and Strength training on the Wii Fit and it's actually starting to help. It's trimming my waist down, my love handles, and I can start to feel my abs getting a little firmer. I still got pudge, but underneath the abs are getting better. So maybe after time, the pudge will also start to go away. But, it's definitely working and the rest of my body is also starting to get toned. And I can bend in half haha!

this one here would be good for someone who has a little extra weight: link it won't show if you have extra weight...but um, if you're uncomfortable with your weight, why do you want a short dress? :S

And remember, it doesn't matter how much you weight...and loosing weight takes time...and um prom is like in a week or two, depending on where you are...you can't loose weight in two weeks...not naturally anyways...best thing I can say is eat healthy and exercise...EVERYDAY!

Find a dress that flows out right underneath the bust line. You could also use some spanks or a dress that has a corsette. As for dieting? Well, that will not be easy as losing weight effectively takes time. By the way, I don't know many 25-29 year olds that go to PROM. Please don't lie about your age.

I lost 10 pounds by not eating out all the time or junk food, eat at a certain time but before 8 and replacing everything I drink with water in 2 months. I lost another 7 and tightened my body from exercising. Put if all else fails there is always corsets, my friend wore one and no one could tell.
