Good question. Both would be very useful, no doubt.
However, I'd have to go with cheerleading. I'm a wrestler and our workouts consist of a lot of gymnastics type things. We have to be flexible and strong, so round offs, head stand flips, walking on hands, bridging on our heads, backflips, etc. So learning cheerleading would be very useful to me. Plus, I'm already a huge guy so being a base for a cheerleading team could be a hobby.

Parkour. It is useful in more ways by design. It will also make you stronger than cheerleading will and more resilient.
Parkour all the way. Practice makes perfect= gliding like a monkey on a branch and flipping off walls and all that expressions on others faces lol. Yeah parkour it is for me. Never been the girly type of female. I've heard a lot about girls breaking their necks or become paralized smh.
Parkour is bad ass. But if I was younger and had to pick one, I probably wouldn't choose either lol. I was never into flips and stunts. Regular sports were risky enough for me lol

Cheerleading. I got my pom poms and everything.Cheerleading because it requires a lot of strength, trust and ability and I will able to accomplish more by trying it out.
Parkour. It's more of a guy thing, plus, I like the feeling of running with no limitations, the feel of sneakers gripping concrete.
Cheer leading, and i wouldn't care what guys said about it. I mean "oh im sorry id rather spend my days with the cheer leaders than jump all over another dude" haha parkour is just lame to me
Parkour. That could actually be useful when the zombies attack.
Parkour, without a doubt ! I've been thinking about starting, but I'm lousy at running XD
I've always had this vision of outsmarting the cops in a chase using mad parkour skills.
pPARKOUR who doesn't like showing off to their friends and being a total boss, i love climbing and I've started learning parkour its so fun!
Parkour all the way. It's great for the body and teaches one how to move in one's environment.
Parkour, then I can attempt to reenact assassins creed. Minus the assassinating part.
Even though I'd probably end up hurting myself, parkour.
Parkour without a doubt
