My mom is 5'0 and my dad is 5'7. As far as relatives go, half of the people are short (like under the US average height) and half of the people are tall (at or above the US average height). I am of Indian descent and all my relatives live in India.

1. I heard GABA helps with growth. Is this true?
2. How tall can I expect to be when I am done growing? The maximum I have ever grown is 3 inches in a year, during puberty. The rest of the years I grew 1-2 inches a year. Last year I grew 1 inch. This year, after starting stretching exercises and everything, I shot up half an inch in 5 weeks.
