We need more info. Height and Weight. You may or may not be able to lose based on the following:
1. You have natural chipmunk cheeks. It happens. Doesn't matter how skinny you are.
2. You're confused. You THINK you're healthy but you're really overweight. In that case you need to lose more weight and you'll see your face slim down as well.
3. There is no exercise specific to "cheek fat." Whatever you heard is bullshit. Even if there were an exercise for that it would do no good. Imagine a guy with a fat gut. Do you think doing sit-ups AND ONLY sit ups will get rid of the gut? Fuck no. Dude has to run, swim, box, jump rope, etc before he can lose that gut. Sit ups have nothing to do with that. A lot of chicks suffer from this misconception.
If you're
5'2 should be 100-120 lbs.
5'4 should be 110-125 lbs.
5'6 should be 120-135 lbs.

i lost my baby fat cheeks at 20, I've always been slim with awkward chubby cheeks too as a kid so dont worry itll go on its own :)

you are 17. its natural for young people to have a higher fat percentage around their faces. but they will start diminishing as you age.
they should be totally gone when you hit 40sJumping rope used to work for me :p you just need to burn fat in general, there's really no way to target fat loss in the face.
Sounds like it might be genetic. Are you sure you can't lose more weight? What are your stats?
Fat deposits in the cheeks are a sign of youth.. lose it and you'll look like an old lady... :/ ew.
