Maybe it's just me because I'm super shy, but the kinda guys that really attract me are the ones that are comfortable enough in there own skin to just be random and go out of their way to do this just to make me laugh. It's what gets me to open up and be comfortable enough around them to show interest back. But still be conscious of her feelings, take time to notice things about her, notice when she's upset and be there for her. Show her your fun side but also show her your sensitive caring side too :)
If a guy doesn't really talk to me, I will honestly kinda just avoid him because it makes me think he doesn't like me, so I figure he wouldn't wanna be with me or talk to me anyways. Or even if he's nice to me sometimes, if the next day he barely says a word to me, I get the impression I've annoyed him somehow and avoid him too. If you like a girl, talk to her, ask her to hang out with you alone (not necessarily a date-keep it casual and chill for the first few times)-even if it's just for 5 minutes on break of something. Have a real, meaningful conversation with her. Let he get the chance to get to know you a little better. Open up. And let her give the chance to share about herself too.
Lol its ok, you probably look young, so take it is a compliment. You'll probably love it when you're 30 and they're 22 or something lol.
I'm not sure how you dress, but if you dress youngish, just try to change it up a little... Like still you, but an older you. Not old and boring though! I don't know where you're meeting these girls, but if it's in real life, just don't act immature and don't hang out with younger guys while you're looking, if it's online dating just put on your profile that you're 20 so you don't need under 18s messaging you.
Maybe they think you're younger than you really are. If you have a young looking face, they might think you're the same age as them. Also, when you interact with these girls, how do you treat them? If you're being friendly, they might think you're interested or flirting with them. Just be polite, but not overly nice, and a little distant when a young girl shows interest in you. Perhaps that may help to discourage their advances towards you.
I've gathered the impression that women tend to prefer men who are older than they, with an upper limit. Currently you are at an age when you are within this range for women still under the age of consent. Do not be troubled - as you age, so too will age the range of women attracted to you.
In the short term, seek an woman who is older than you - it's easier to respect them and overall a better experience.
