I seriously was scrolling through and saw him! Like he's got a girlfriend! And he was just on it a few days ago, should I tell her? If I don't it'll eat away at me.. :/ I feel so bad for her.

First I'd talk to her boyfriend in a friendly manner. Tell him you saw him on the site. Don't accuse him of cheating. Ask if maybe he forgot to delete the account. I had ones for years that I forgot I was on. I know you said he was just on it a few days ago. Make sure he knows you have proof. He might get upset at you. I definitely think you should tell your friend because she needs to know. Some drama could happen and you need to support her. You need to let them work it out because you don't want to be in the middle. Hopefully he has a simple explanation and the two of them can figure things out.

If you are worried about getting in between the drama, you can make some throwaway email account and send mail to your friend about his boyfriend and attach a proof (screen shot of it). That way you are no longer burdened with guilt and she has a choice to ignore or act on it.

Honestly, it seems like something THEY need to deal with. If I were you, I'd tell her and she can figure out what she wants to do about it. Maybe she knows about this account, maybe she doesn't. it may be old. check it out to verify the age of the account then confront him. depending upon those results, tell her.
