People give each other flowers just because they want to give someone pretty things... And people loooooove to take that and make it into what they want it to be, or like to create theories about it XD .

A rose is a rose. You shouldn't believe a guy likes you just because he gives you a pink or red rose... you should only believe he likes you when he says he likes you. Isn't this clear to you o.o ?

If he gives you a rose, it can be because he's your friend and wants to see you smile, it can be because he loves you and wants to give you something that will make you smile and think of him every time you look at it while taking care of it... It can be because someone knew you were sad and wanted to cheer you up!

My boyfriend robs "camelias" from other people's gardens (I've told him that I'm not worth a trip to prison, but... that's jut him...!) and gives them to me. They're not roses. Does that mean he does not like me? No, it means he knows I just love Camelias!...

Roses may be representing of love, but that does not always mean the other person who gave you it loves you. And receiving pink, yellow, white, blue, purple, whatever-color roses, does not mean someone does not love you.

GUYS: If you like a girl and want to give her a rose and make her know you like her, put a card on the rose!

And, girls, if the rose does not have a card, ask him why he gave you that specific flower, if you believe the type of flower is what means something, not the gesture of getting something beautiful for you, or the way it is given...

According to "Language and Poetry of Flowers" from 1858 (so old its falling apart in my hands!), the red rose means, "I love you."

A pink rose means. "Admiration." Depending on the shade it changes though. Just some fun info!

I would think there is a high chance of a guy liking me if he gave me a rose. One year my friend gave me a yellow rose to symbolize our friendship! haha. But if it was a pink rose or a red one then I'd think there was a high chance. I wouldn't want him to say he likes me on Valentines day but hinting at it would be really cute. :)

P.S. A red and white rose (a pair) mean "I love you silently" so if you'd want to go anonymous well ;) hahah

Well obviously lol this is a pretty obvious question... If a guy gives me a rose.. I will definitely assume he has feelings for me.. and if a guy doesn't have feelings for me he better not give me a pink rose beause I will automatically assume he has feelings for me lol.

A guy won't just give just any girl a rose, if he gives a girl a rose she's automatically gonna 100 percent assume he wants to pursue a relationship
