On with the night. A couple more of his friends show up and we're about to start playing a drinking game. One of his friend's girlfriends makes a comment about not letting her boyfriend drink too much because she wants to have sex later that night. At the idea of sex, her boyfriend makes a face, and my boyfriend looks at him and says very clearly "I know your pain."
At this point, I just looked at him and said "Well, you don't HAVE to know his pain, you know." and continued with the night.
Go on and we're playing cards against humanity while drinking and one of the combinations, I found particularly hilarious and so I mentioned how that was a good one and I would've picked it. He then turns to me and makes a talking motion with his hand, and says "this is what you're doing." then closes his hand and says "this is what you need to do" and again I was humiliated and his friends all laughed.
Throughout the night there were a few other things of that nature that happened. I ended up just getting so drunk I just sat staring into space and texting my best friend until he decided it was time to leave.
When we got home, I honestly didn't want to be near him so I tried to go outside and he followed me and made me tell him what was wrong. Once I told him, he said I was being childish and made me feel bad because he says I should've known he was just joking.
What should I do? Am I overreacting and should I just get over it like he says?
Any thoughts about this situation, really, will be appreciated. Thanks for reading.
