Is talking about certain things healthy for a relationship?

Yeah. We kinda randomly started talking about our, ahem - curiosity at our younger ages last night. And it was interestingactually. Is this healthy for us? What does it mean when they stop talking about their life?

Lets say you were in a relationship with someone for 6 months and during the 6 month they stopped voluntarily giving you information about their life . I mean they would tell you if you asked about it, but they just don't give information like they use to .

Why is he still talking to my friends?
