So he was before you... her "lie" could've just been her lack of understanding of what was going on. Like I said, she was probably in a situationship but wasn't taking it seriously like she was really with him.
I mean think about one of those chicks that say they've been single for years... they've still been fucking people and having friends with benefits's and whatnot.

I'd let it go. Her world with you and yours with hers has just started... no point on starting it off with red flags and junk because she had a recent ex. Reserve the real red flags for things like wanting to go be a bar star or dancing queen with the girls still... and other such junk.
