What does it mean if my boss starts treating me nicely and starts calling me baby girl?

I'm 19 he's 37 and married he recently started telling me he wants to go out also that he wants to have sex with me . . He's always telling me I'm pretty and he recently started calling me baby girl .. I'm confused .. should I go out with him or not?

You should avoid this situation at all costs! You should just avoid this guy as much as you can and if he comes on to you simply just say "no thanks" and leave, when he calls you babygirl, keep a straight face, don't giggle or show any signs that you like being called this name because then he'll keep doing it. If you stand up for yourself and take your professional life seriously then you'll do this for your own good. If you go out with him, you risk complicating his marriage and you put your career at a permanent risk and the whole awkwardness of the situation if it won't work out, which is likely that it won't. It is uneasy that he wants to have sex with you, do not do this at all, don't even think about it because if all he wants is sex then it's obvious he's just using you as an object of sexual desire and doesn't want to be with you or have it lead somewhere at all. The reason he is treating you nicely isn't because he respects you, it's simply because he wants to get in your pants. If he fires you or whatever then you can probably make a case out of discrimination because he has fired you for reasons beyond your working relationship. Good luck.

Judging by what you wrote, I can tell you that this is a bad situation to get involved with. A) He's 37, B) He's married, C)He's your boss at work, D) He clearly stated that he doesn't want to go out with you because he stated that he wants to have sex with you. Obviously, He wants to hit and quit. He's manipulating your emotions by showering you with compliments.

He doesn't want to go out with you. He just wants to have sex with you. He's clearly attempting to cheat on his wife and that is pretty sad. You may think that he wants to go out with you, but he just wants you for sex. He's fulfilling a void in his life and chances are he's not getting any from his wife. So he want's to use you.
