What can I do to permanently stop going to massage parlors?

For some reason, when I'm frustrated or really horny, I go to massage parlors. the problem is, that it cost money and also I want to stop. Even during the massage, I always want to touch the girl. what can I do about keeping my hands to myself? An old friend found me going there and I don't know what to do. what do any of you suggest? I felt really embarrassed and now I've been exposed. is there anything I can do to stop going there forever? For some reason, I go there once every three months. before, it was every week twice a week. then to once a week. then once a month. I still can't get rid it out of my life permanently. let me know.

Best advice? If you're feeling the urge, fap on it before you go. The post-fap brain tends to be far more rational then the pre-fap brain, and I'd be willing to bet that you'll lose your desire about 10 seconds after you're "done." As for the "Girls' Opinion" here, I don't quite think she gets the point of the "massage," because that's NOT what it's about. Moreover, I don't think that getting a girlfriend or having a wife will quell your desire. Plenty of married or dating men still go. Again, rub one out first, and you'll think more clearly. If it works, then think of all the money you'll save by tending to your own needs yourself.

perhaps get a girl friend if you don't have one, to give you massages. or if you have a wife, ask her to give you one. if you have neither, try dating and see if you can find a girl who will give you a massage

or do something useful like volunteer work to keep your mind busy. such as volunteering at a hospital taking care of sick people or doing charity work to help devote your time to a humanitarian cause and save money at the same time, it helps you get your mind off that and save money.
