Is it like that with all of you?

Well, she shouldn't do it. And it might just indicate she'll be trying to change something else about him next - clothes, hair, eating habits. On the other hand, if grammar is the only problem he should try and master it and then correct her grammar. Surely you have used the subjunctive tense there, he'll say, or did I actually hear you use a double negative, or what precisely was the purpose of the word 'like' in that sentence? Next he could try to master a little Latin and make a point of dropping Latin phrases into the conversation. She'll be baffled and he won't bother to translate them, of course. In the end she'll probably get the message and cease patronizing him.
Who does that? I mean, if you get completely the wrong word or string of words, then okay, I can maybe see some sort of pointing that out. Otherwise, that's a little weird. Seems to me that if your friend insists on correcting her boyfriends grammar all the time and it doesn't improve, and he can't stand it, then maybe she should find someone a little more educated or just deal with it.
Yeah well the other person should just brush up on their grammer!
it probably be annoying, I know I will correct someone's spelling if it's wrong.
but if I felt the need to correct someone it would probably drive me nuts, and I probably wouldn't be with someone if I felt the need to correct them all the time.
if my boyfriend kept correcting my grammar I would get annoyed its kinda like putting you down in a sense!

I've never met anyone to correct my grammar although I don't speak natively English. I realize after I make grammar mistakes for example when writing, and I observed many girls who make mistakes also. many of them lol
