Unfortunately, I really don't think there's a way to regain hair quickly if you want something natural. For the long term, black seseme can promote hair health, though.
And I wouldn't recommend rogain at all. It causes cancer (yeah, yeah... All things cause cancer... But Rogain actually was tested and proven time and time again to do so. Unless you want to risk that, I don't know).
What is black seseme? can you buy it in stores?

I've read that stress related hairloss can grow back when the stress is gone. If you have male pattern baldness then you can try Rogaine and Propecia. It has proven to work on some men. I would consult your doctor about it.
