Why aren't white guys attracted to Latina girls?

Question

why aren't white guys attracted to Latina girls ? I'm not a bad looking girl (as I've been told) I'm half Mexican (but white as hell) and I have NEVER caught a white guy check me out . On the other hand with (Asians, black,Spanish etc) I always catch them check me out like crazy.do they not like Mexican girls? Or why is this ?

Well, I'm a white guy who has been attracted to several Latinas.

Here's what I don't like:

1. Sometimes insular culture where white people are seen as the "other", some do not make a serious effort to learn English which becomes a communication barrier.

2. Overprotective/macho brothers, fathers and friends when it comes to trying to date a Latina.

3. A very large number of Latinas go from "natural curves" to being seriously overweight. A girl of any race has to be slender/average to be attractive to me, not overweight. Poor diet/lack of exercise can kill some naturally beautiful Latinas!

Here's what I like about dating a Latina:

1. You spoil your man. (Can't complain with this one!)

2. Latin culture is very family focused.

3. Some Latinas I find drop-dead gorgeous.

Have I dated Latinas? Yes. Will I do so in the future? Sure, if the opportunity presents itself. Now, just keep in mind that a lot of white guys think like I do. I'd say about half my friends are Latin. They've admitted there are some Latins that are more down with seeing white folks as friends and some not so much. It really depends upon the individual. As for a Latina girl wanting to date a white guy, don't be afraid to be friendly and make the first move. That never hurts in dating period, but especially if you've never dated someone from a different race or culture.

its mainly because white guys have preconceived notions about Hispanic girls such as you are not into white guys but are either into your own race or sometimes black guys.  I almost never see mexican women with white guys.  I don't know why this is but 90 percent of the time its with their own race other 10 percent black guys so we just assume we are wasting are time and don't wanna get rejected

I have been attracted to girls of every race, and I am sure that is true for most people. What Latinas need to get used to is that most white guys aren't quite as blatant about hitting on Latina girls as the Spanish guys they are used to being around. Plus, it never bothered me one bit and I actually really enjoyed it, but some white guys might be a bit put off at first by how assertive, blunt, and emotional Latinas can be. Those of us who are good friends with or who have dated a Latina know the Sofia Vergara character on Modern Family is funny because it is very accurate a lot of times, but that is what makes them interesting! I find the personalities to be both entertaining and attractive, to go along with how pretty many Latinas can be with tan skin, hour glass figures, yoga pants displaying the badonkadonk, and they seem to put a lot of effort into being feminine.

But most white guys prob aren't used to women like that who are from really reserved families, and it scares them a bit. What I may like about their personalities the most is how they really love masculine guys and do not like sissy males one bit, which is the biggest difference between white girls and Latina girls.

So it could be a lot of things. They could just think you Latinas don't like white guys so they don't try, they may be a bit scared of how assertive and loud you can be (lol), and they aren't as assertive as the typical don juan Spanish guy in going up to random Latinas and hitting on them.

Because you don't want us. You all dig the black guys because they are not white and apparently are hung like dinosaurs (which isn't always true). I have a friend of mine who said I was perfect in every way except I wasn't black or Hispanic. It's stupid.

Trust me, there's plenty of white guys out there interested in Latina girls, it's just not widely known that Latina's ARE interested in white guys, though I'm surprised you've never caught a white guy checking you out, I for one have always been more attracted to Latina's

I'm a white guy who loves Latina women. They also seem to like me ;) If you are in school still it may be the intimidation factor --white guys might be worried about checking you out for fear of some sort of racial confrontation. But I guarantee you, white guys are checking you out. If there is a white guy in particular that you dig, then consider being the aggressor. Nothing --and I mean nothing-- is hotter to a guy than a girl asking him out or expressing interest first. Which is the second point: if you're a pretty girl, guys (especially younger ones) may feel like you are way out of their league because most guys can't evaluate their own looks the way girls can so they often have a wildly distorted view of how attractive they are to the opposite sex. So, again, it never hurts to seize the initiative. Wow. Now I really miss my girlfriend. Thanks, Internet.

Everyone's different, but skin color doesn't come into it with me; a girl's either attractive or she isn't.

To be honest, I'd probably assume a latina girl wouldn't be interested in me because I'm white.

they are kind of annoying..

I much prefer white women. especially with blue and green eyes..

even if they are annoying, they are actually cute, so it makes up for it. when they get fat, they actually make an effort to lose the weight. white women also don't speak in that annoying Spanish. They speak English.
