Can guys only have eyes for one girl?

Can a guy only be interested or see his girlfriend or wife as attractive? I've heard tower girls say that their boyfriend only has eyes for them. What exactly do that mean by that?
What goes trough a guys mind when he's in a relationship and sees an attractive girl?

a guy can only have "eyes" for his girlfriend but people will never stop finding other people attractive. it's just not possible. both men and women will still be able to look at someone and think a person is attractive... it's not really anything people can avoid.

If I notice someone else who's attractive, I acknowledge that attractiveness but then ignore it. I believe it is possible for a guy to keep his thoughts on his woman despite anyone else

however if my relationship is going decently, I see an attractive woman, I think wow she's hot, I might think something sexual, and 8 seconds later I've forgotten I saw her.

Yea we never stop noticing the attractiveness of others but when they say they have eyes for only one person they mean that they will only stay with that one person. Somethin of the sorts anyways.

Yes but also understand that it is also hard wired into our bodies to search given that is not an excuse for gawking or anything more then if he just quick looks and moves on a lot of times it happens with out even knowing it

Normally,, we look longer at beatiful Girls than at ugly ones. but Girls act the same i think...
