It’s not his works business that you got knocked up by a guy that didn’t stay. Stop trying ti sabotage your baby’s dad out of bitterness over that.
I mean you should take some action and even if he isn't with you anymore and you plan on raising the child you should ask for help in any way possible. He shouldn't get away with it
Unfortunately we don't know who did what, yes he should help care for the child but we need to know what her role was, and how everything happened before anything is valid.
@Daltron hmm yeah but as of now we do not have any story from the guy's side so hence I am just suggesting what I think is right. But as you have mentioned we cannot yet come to a conclusion hence this is a mere cessation..
No sorry but honestly there is a reason why you both are exes and you shouldn't be together Also you shouldn't make is work life worse just cause he found someone new
Get over him.
Well I what I would’ve suggest is that focus on your child make sure your baby is healthy don’t worry about him, then when the baby is born put his ass on child support but don’t let stress hurt your child or you. You might regret for the rest of your life beside you can always get another man a better man. A child is irreplaceable
you won't get anything out of rage
his actions just say how he is
since he is already your ex, you should let that assholes go, having him in your and your baby's llife my just be poison
You don't have the right to be upset since he's your ex.
Exactly
Y’all aren’t together. Before making a baby with somebody you need to consider if the man is gonna stick around or not. I don’t think you should be calling his job. That’s messing with his livelihood.
I can’t say anything towards whether you should complain or not, because I don’t know, but I know how it feels to have emotional distress towards someone or something. I just hope you and your baby are okay
Sue for all you can. I am a disabled US Navy vet knowing words in thre lamgtages to call the. . . what he is due to his failing his duty and RESPONSIBILITY as a father of a fetus. I did not use words I know for 2 reasons. I am a minister awnd amw of 3 would put me behind bars once the law was notifed. I KNOW. this site would have and made sure other sites would cr me out of their shtes as well. I know more than msqrt grads due to 11 years w/ 4 degrees and 1 Certhicate.
You did say "ex" right. Dont know how to day this but... he needs to be there for the baby. He does not need to be there for you. Sorry if that seems harsh but if you separated he has the right to move on.
1) you're being dramatic about the "not sure if my baby will make it now". Pregnancy dosent work like that.
2) He sounds like a total asshole.
3) why did you let a total asshole impregnate you?
You would only complain to his work out of spite. Feeling hurt isn't a reason.
How long ago did you break up?
So you were still fucking him after he broke up with you. You brought this on yourself & that's a bitch move taking him away from his work because you chose to be a single mom
just lol
I bet those safe, meek yet reliable and boring "nice guys" you rejected are looking pretty good right about now huh?
enjoy your 18y prison sentence, I hope your fling with the bad boy was worth it
He's an ex. You have every right to be upset, but because he isn't married to you, just an ex, so he has no obligation WITHIN THE LAW to do anything for you or the baby. You're better off forget about your ex.
Actually, whether they're married or not, he does have a legal obligation to help take care of the child, if it's his. A judge won't say, oh you weren't married? Sorry, even though it's his kid, he doesn't have to do shit. It is however more difficult court wise, to figure out where everyone stands. It's way easier with custody, support, etc, if they were married.
Go to the following link and scroll down to "who has parental responsibility" section. childlawadvice.org.uk/.../
That's a uk site, I'm in the States. Maybe it's different there? That'd be fucked. Here, if the baby is his, he has a legal obligation to help care for the child. Can easily end up in jail if you don't.
Yeah depends which state. But generally the world agrees on an unmarried man has no obligation help his son. I'm pretty secure I read that for Australian law as well. Do who knows. But yeah your state might be different.
I don't think your excuses about your baby's health make any difference, but the fact is your former boyfriend has failed to take responsibility for his own child, which is reprehensible.
Is he military or a civilian?
I can understand why you feel the way you do. Can your family help you?
If he is your ex your not. But you can be upset with the way he treated you. What he does sexually and relationship wise in his private life should not co cern you. But this situation sounds messy...
No. That is his right. Especially if you two aren't married.
I don't agree with him not keeping the baby and I don't agree with you for being upset because he has a new girlfriend.
Dosent feel like enough of the whole story to make a judgement. Whatever, its nothing to do with his employer. Leave them out of it.
No as it has nothing to do with his work plus he will just hate and resent u more
Like what do you really think his work will do?
That is textbook conduct Unbecoming. Being military, he falls under UCMJ law as well as US law. UCMJ has a moral code that you can be prosecuted against.
Shut up you have no clue all he has to do is pay CS. She shouldn’t get anything. She has many many ways to prevent this and she didn’t but the law is the law. BUT he can never speak to her he can screw her sister her mom whatever he damn well pleases. Just because he was dumb and didn’t wear a condom with a bastard child factory doesn't mean he’s obligated to anything but CS
Spoken like a true civilian.
Try Lt Col USAF
Yeah, because you are definitely speaking like an Air Force Colonel.
Screw it, I'm an astronaut.
Air Force Colonels come on apps like these all the time.
Actually they do
And several app were designed by them
I'm reading your opinions that you leave on various questions. You don't sound like an Air Force officer in the slightest. You sound like a 40 year old 350 pound incel.
I wonder what your Superior officers would think knowing you like to date women and choke slam them against the wall while you have sex with them...
Lmao doesn’t matter
Just not a bitch male that cowers
And you know what there’s plenty of bitch males in the AF too especially officers
But you are a bitch male. I'm reading everything you were writing, you are lying out of your ass claiming to be military. nobody, especially in the Air Force, would make it nearly at that far with the attitude that you have.
But okay. I'm done entertaining you.
Conduct Unbecoming!!! Lmao that made my day
Yeah we are talking about a soon to be bastard child producer hahaha
You are kinda st#pid. Why did you had unprotected sex and didn't get an abortion if you care that much? Now what? You expect that guy to marry you just because you got pregnant?
You have the rights to be upset. You can actually sue him for not supporting you and your child which is really irresponsible. If you didn't plan the baby then it's up to you if you wanna abort it or not.
The corollary to "you can't fix stupid" is "you can't fix ASSHOLE."
No.. the problems caused are from both of you before you point the finger from one hand. point the other four at your self
Yes you do!! Me and my daughter's father been together for 22 months and broke up when she was 2 months. I still get jealous that he has a girlfriend and barley sees his daughter
Take him to court. Leave him alone in the meantime. How did he cause you emotional distress?
I should hope that you're upset... just dont hinder the well being of you're baby.
Its unfortunate that this happened. Put the baby up for adoption and next time be more careful to know your partner before having unprotected sex
No, you don't
He can be with whoever he wants, but, as long as you want him to, he MUST pay child support until it's 18
Guys do NOT HAVE to be with the mother of his child. That would be forced marriage, and that's wrong
Whether you have the "right" to be angry or not, it's unhealthy and not going to change anything. It's time to start a new future for you and your baby and perhaps you will find someone new.
Of course, this is a very complex and complex issue. All parties have their own benefits.
Yes it is and you have every right to be upset. This is your baby's health we are talking about and that is extremely important. Do everything you can to keep him/ her safe and ensure that things work out
you need do do what you think is best for you and the baby
thanks
Work has nothing to do with him getting you pregnant. Have the baby love it and cherish it. Ignore him and what he does or who he does! The baby is more important! Thats why they have a) child support or b) he can give his rights up in court!
You have the right to be upset but you don't call his job, you just take him to court and have the system work it out.
No, that is not going to do anything but punish him arbitrarily, it won't help the child, and her right or lack or right depends on factors she hasn't provided and we cannot verify. Courts aren't fair anymore, they assume the man is the issue and take him for all he is worth, this is wrong, of you disagree the flip the genders and arbitrarily punish the girl, the result is the same amount of injustice.
Also look at it from the outside, men are logical and smart, we will only tolerate so much of the courts before we find a loophole or flee to another country. Dragging him through the courts will only start a battle in which he has nothing left to lose and everything to gain which is dangerous. And he is a military member which means he is no slouch or deadbeat, a powerful ally or enemy.
@Daltron from the situation that this woman wrote the father is already a dead beat. He's not interested in the baby that he helped make. So he can either help out willingly or she go to court and get child support. As long as she goes to the courts and gets things set up she's ok. Also the child does get benefits because the father is in the navy and that could help help further down the line.
You should not think about abortion. This is your baby. your old does not deserve! your baby has no crime..
His work place, what do they got to do with it!!!
That is terrible.
Next time, wear a rubber.
Good luck.
Let him get on with what he’s doing karma will get him honestly, trying to get revenge won’t work his personal life is different from his work life as long as he’s doing his job correctly he won’t be fired focus on yourself and your baby x
No because you guys broke up and find someone else who will care for you and care for that child, but I am very sorry.
If he's is not going to end up with you, he have all right to be allowed to date others, but he also should care for you since you have his kid.
It doesn't matter that he has a new girlfriend. It DOES matter if he is shirking responsibility for a child. Call his CO.
You can even file a case against him (it's kinda legal I think), but truth be told that guy is out of the picture and doesn't really wants to be in ir
Yes. I would beat his ass all those hormones going on being pregnant. That was completely selfish
Everyone has the right to feel however they want. It’s all about actions.
Yeah... thats so fucked up to get a woman pregnant and leave her
We don't know what happened, we don't know how they broke up, we don't know if they were responsible in bed, we don't know his side either. I don't want to pass judgement until I know a lot more and I can verify both sides. This will have effects for her, him and the child for years to come so it should be handled with care and compassion.
Yeah you're right... for all we know she could've did something to run the guy away...
Do not be humiliated, his god will punish, everything comes back as a boomerang.
Forget about his work. You made your bed with a loser now deal with it.
No matter how much I agree with this I don't think any pregnant woman should have to deal with stress. For the childs sake.
You have the right to feel any way you want. There aren't any laws against that.
You son of gun. 😂
Well that depends did he cheat on you with this girl friend or did she come into the picture after you two broke up
Oh hell yes ! He's a no good skunk and doesn't deserve you. Mucho Karma is headed his way. PM me if you need to talk.
Nope, they make condom, birth control and other shit to prevent this sorta thing. He broke it off after you tried to trap him with a baby?
Wow.
I don't think your have a right to be upset. Some of you made a break up and kids don't change that your relationship were that bad that someone stopped it
Were you pregnant while you were still going out? If you weren't then I don't blame him.
Nope, if you don't want him he's free to do what he wants
Yes infact you can be angry with him but don’t reflect that on your child
It's nor your fucking bussiness anymore. You don't have any right.
