Guys would you want to still keep in touch with a girl you probably will never see again?

There’s a guy I’ve been friends with for three months now and I feel like he likes me but at the same time I feel like he just cares as a friend. The semester just ended and it’ll be hard to see each other again since we won’t have the same class again. Then he texted me that he wanted to keep in touch.

He wants to be your friend, why Not? If that is not what you want just tell him the truth and let the friendship die. It is NEVER wise to befriend somebody just end it. It causes trust issues.

Well if he went out of his way to text you that then he probably like you quite a bit. If a guy didn't care he wouldn't of said that, maybe to your face but not text.

If it's a friendship then yes I'd like to keep in touch obviously! If I'd like something more then I might not because it may be difficult emotionally.

Depends on the situation I think and how close I was to them. If really good friends who talk daily and I had a crush on them for example it probably keep an online friendship. If not that close or feelings a little stronger then it may be easier to talk less frequently.

That being said, if the other person also showed interest that would also change things. I'd probably then pursue something and maybe try long distance relationship if necessary

Ahh ok yea I feel like I’m kind of in the first situation you mentioned. We talk everyday and mostly online because in class he seems intimidated by me or something

Well if you like him too and he's a little shy then there is no harm in you initiating something if you are feeling confident enough. Otherwise you may end up with nothing. Or if not just enjoy continuing to be friends online! 🙂
