My boyfriend took a nude picture of me without my consent, should I break up with him?

Long story short, we made out, we had sex and we're just cuddling and I was half asleep naked. My back was against him and I was the little spoon.
All was going well until I heard his phone camera shutter button goes off and I realize he took a picture of me; my back and everything else exposed, which i wasn't comfortable with and i've told him before. He realized he was caught and I questioned him why he did that, he apologized and told me he got carried away and deleted the picture.
I really didn't know how to react and he kept apologizing so I just brushed it off with an "it's okay, please don't do it again", I couldn't stay mad at him for long so I let it go, but in my head im filled with doubts and my trust for him is crumbling...
I kept telling myself it's okay he just got carried away and was in the mood. But I felt disrespected and cheap. I feel so lost, insecure and distrustful of him although I told him it's okay, and is trying to convince myself to forget about it. He had clinical depression and anxiety and is getting better now so I don't want to pressure and make him feel worse, and he is also one of the most important people in my life.
I'm not sure what should I do, please do give me your opinions and advices. I dont know if something like this should be happening in a relationship and I couldn't tell anyone else. And I don't know what I should do. Your opinions are highly appreciated. Thanks.

The only thing that matters is your sense of security and love and respect... and your inner senses are telling you the truth. He needs to hear the truth from you and he needs to abound by it. Mistake can occur, be clear don't do it again.

Some sicko guys will use that as leverage to control you. I don't think that's the case here, but if so, don't ever buy it and get out.

It's alright. Not a big deal. He just got carried away. Don't be angry or feel bad about all this. People make mistakes. But if he is ashamed of it then don't push him too hard. He got his lesson and won't do something like that in future. So be calm and don't let one incident break your trust.
