It is likely that you can reunite, resolve your differences, and live happily ever after? NO.

Paris, you tried and it didn't work. The reason it didn't work isn't because of something else; it didn't work because you two were not a good fit for each other. You can temporarily forget that and reunite, have hot makeup sex, and a few good dates, but pretty soon you will rediscover the same conflict that you had the first time around. . . and the result will be the same. . . and this time, you will be angry at yourself for falling into that trap and wastng even more time on something that is not going anywhere.

If you try to remain friends, does that mean you will tell him when you start dating someone else, someone who lives near you and who you can see on a regular basis? Will you tell him the first time that you spend the night with your new romantic partner? Will you want to hear about it when he starts banging some new girl?
