Why is my boyfriend so sensitive when I mention breaking up?

my boyfriend and i have gotten into several fights. every time he is very petty and say things to get under my skin. for example, he knows i hate when he calls me bro. So after i tell him i want to break up he says bro after every single thing. We broke up another time and he also goes to mentioning all the sexual stuff he and i did and that he going to go around and tell me my sex is wack. the relationship is already horrible and he puts in zero effort in trying to keep me so we have fights and i break up and he starts attacking me.

I think if you're unhappy in the relationship you shouldn't spend time around threatening to break up, just leave, don't obligate yourself to endure discomfort especially when you're trying to compromise with your partner. The "bro" thing you might have to meet him half way on especially if it's something he does with everyone but after reading that he shares personal sexual stuff he sounds very immature. No matter what you do use this as a learning opportunity, choose more mature guys, learn your attachment style, learn how to communicate beyond verbal means. I hope this helps.
