I had a relationship with my coworker for 3 years. Yes I know thats pretty bad.
Lately we have not been seeing eye to eye & had an on and off relationship. No matter what me and him said to one another, even if we said we were done, we’d always work it out. Yesterday though, he decided to involve our manager who told him to block me on everything and tell me it’s officially over, which he did.
He even went as far as to block our business account that he knows I run.
So today was pretty awkward and he came in pretty upset looking, like he hadn’t slept and didn’t look at me once. And I acted as if I was unaffected in order to look professional.
Is there any chance of reconciliation here? I wish it had gone differently so that we could at least be cordial.

Blocking on everything including work place platform. Jeeee.. it looks pretty bad..
I think in order to determine the severity of the breakup and if there is chance that u would get back, u gotta look at the reason why u did in the first place. Somethings can be mended but with some, you just know when it's over
Well this is what I’m saying. He was pretty narcissistic so it doesn’t really surprise me, everyone thinks he did that to try and get a reaction out of me because I didn’t reach out to him last night begging. I don’t even want to necessarily get back together but I don’t want it to be like this. He looks just as hurt as I am but I am trying to smile and act unbothered so that I don’t give the satisfaction.

And yes a dirty little trick if narcissists is to get a reaction out of you whether good or bad.
Yup lol…that’s why I’m assuming no matter what a narcissist says about it being over they will somehow circle back around like he always has, especially if he has to see me everyday, but I do not want a relationship any longer, I just want to be friends.
@Asker yea , a relationship with a narcissist is toxic and will affect your health so it better to cut your losses
