Do you think I should send my ex a song I think explains how I feel?

it’s kind of a long story and it would be too long to go into details of our relationship, but most importantly it was a really bittersweet yet toxic but we were trying to work on relationship, and it was hard because it was long distance and often times he had work, and on his days off he would take while to respond or would be with his auntie, who i think isn’t even his auntie, anyway that day i got tired of it. and we argued and he basically said we should let each other ago bc it wasn’t working out, and that i should let him go because everything was always his fault, he was constantly making mistakes, and told me he felt like he’s never going to change. i told him if he chooses to be single, then i was never going to talk to him again, or even want to be friends with him, and he still said yes…. because of those reasons. I was crushed and out of anger i said ok then, goodbye then, and no response from him. i wrote another message saying i hope he’s happy with the choice he made and that he said yes so easily as if it crossed his mind and that i wasn't going to be strong about it. Anyway, he still didn’t respond, and that was when I knew, it was really over between us, our roller coaster ride has ended after a whole year of being on it. 3 days passed and i wanted to send him this song called out of love by alessia cara, and leave it at that. maybe see if we can talk it through, and get back together, but at the same time, i’m ok if he doesn’t respond. what you guys think?
