Why doesn't my ex girlfriend just block me if she wants me to leave her alone?

my ex girlfriend and I got into a disagreement I guess and she told me straight to leave her alone and she wants nothing to do with me, I just don't get why she can't just block me if she doesn't want me to contact her. She was the one that broke no contact 3 weeks in too so is she just unsure with me or wants to get back together but isn't in the properly mentally since even I can tell she isn't mentally healthy rn

Dude your ex sounds basically like my ex. Does she also find some excuse to contact you after a few weeks of no contact?

hmm does sound like it though she won't really find excuses, its more of she'll tell me her plan for the day or ask me where to get something and infer if I want to hang out with her
