Have you ever had a ex come back what was it like?

I've been keeping myself busy my birthday is next month which just so happens to be when my ex left me fucked up right? All of my future birthdays are runied because of my selfish ex girlfriend long story. I just have been wondering if my ex did come back. Would it be everything I thought it would be or just a big regret. May 25th will make it a year of no contact and a year since we almost got married behind the new guys back till she changed her mind after a panic attack in front of her parents that hate me. I sent some things to her house with a cute letter she neglected to read, so she assumed i was done with her, so she had a panic attack, which made her choice the new guy over me. So pretty much we be married right now if I didn't send her a letter&some of her things back. I was her first real boyfriend, treat her super will, and was there for her after she got a life changing mental disorder, which cause Her to have nightmares for months during that time I didn't sleep for months.

I did. But she only came back for a week because the guy she cheated on my with went to jail. She said she would get back with him in a heartbeat when he got out and they did. I no longer give second chances. Actually I no longer date or do relationships with women. Not even friendships. That’s a whole other story.

Once on my birthday a former girl I was dating came back, we had grown so far apart in the meantime we could barely hold a conversation. Last conversation we ever had as it was obvious after that we were not compatible anymore not even as friends.
