Anyone watch the Ashley Madison series on Netflix?

I watched it last night and I have to say it was pretty interesting to see that so many people, joined that site and was cheating on their spouses , they said more people were on that site over people going to Walmart. It just goes to show how pathetic of a world we live in and how stupid it is for people to get married , especially after watching this Series , The best part of it all was when the site Got Hacked and exposed all the cheating POS’s that were on that site , Some cheaters ended up killing themselves over it and tons of divorces were filed. Why even consider marriage if you know you can’t be faithful to your spouse

I already knew that many if not most people are fine with cheating. Many of the people I've worked with have cheated on their partners with coworkers, even people that I thought were decent.

There are so many people who use social media to cheat too :)

And then people act as if you're wrong for not blindly trusting your partner. Well I'm not blindly trusting anyone.

Can be this pathetic to each other , having your heart shit on by someone you loved , destroys you , and makes it harder to trust anyone , especially these days, Why I no longer jump into relationships with girls’ I take the slow road with her before making the big decision of committing, why I prefer FWB’s with a girl that is on the same page as me , with some strings attached , we both agree to only have sex with each other but we are both open to date others’ if we choose to , if we end up sleeping with someone else we end the benefits part and just remain friends , this only works when I meet a girl that I feel is honest with me , and her and I are honest with each other , The point of FWB’s with each other is to give us both time to really get to know each other before making it official. My experiences with girls’ prior to FWB’s all went to hell because they lied and cheated on me behind my back , so this eliminates that from happening for the most part.

I watched the first episode. It is crazy sad that so many people were on that site. I remember seeing the ads on TV when I was kid and thinking wtf is wrong with people cheating on their spouse. I was literally a child and knew it was wrong lol

I haven't watched the series, no. Based on how I've seen people act, I imagine that most of those accounts are probably created by people who don't actually go on to have affairs. They either do it to get attention/feel desirable (the way a lot of people use other dating apps), or they're actually there to have an affair but then get cold feet.

I am sure there were a bunch of fakes as well , but apparently there were a shit ton of legit ones that got busted , The series only shows a handful of couples that were a part of it , and it’s sad to watch , mainly people that were cheating on their spouses for no reason whatsoever, The one guy was married to a beautiful girl that had a beautiful family together , they were YouTubers that received a lot of followers , they both looked like a happy loving couple , but the pos husband was cheating on her behind her back , I won’t spoil it for you , if you plan on watching it. It’s fucked up all I will say

My mom was so pissed when she saw the thing on netflix. My dad cheated on her and the show makes it seem like they are praising the app. She is single if you are interested lmao

LOL send her my way 😋 I’m sorry to hear your Dad cheated on her , Cheating is a horrible thing to do to anyone , if someone is that unhappy in a marriage or relationship , just end the relationship or marriage right then and there. Just goes to show how selfish people truly are , and yes that series made me shake my head as well because I had a wife that did that shit to me with a coworker she worked with , so I completely understand what your Mom is feeling. I know it’s your Dad but I’m sorry to say but your Dad is a selfish POS person for doing that to her. I don’t understand how a person can look their partner in the face and tell them they Love them knowing they just cheated on them? Biggest scum on this planet.
