Do women want an "infidelity clause" in a prenup just so they can falsely accuse the men of cheating when he wants a divorce?

Jeannie mai, Jeezy's ex wife, accused him of cheating after he filed for divorce.

Now comes to find out, she didn't have a bit of evidence or anybody for that matter to say "yes, it was me." And it wasn't even the first accusation either, she claimed coercion, forced, not enough time to consider options, etc...

In the end, she got no money after the divorce.

This gives reason to ask this question, I hear all these women wanting "clauses" in the prenup all the time.

It is because they think the court will automatically take their word for it? Or in the back of their mind, they can just get this prenup reversed by either a lawyer or lying?
