5. Years and I just didn't think it would happen. Know she runs it in my face but still says we are tied for life and that I'm forever a big impact on her. I get some narly mood swings but it's bc I can't let shit go sometimes. And It effected me pretty bad. I'm not choosing drugs or liquor I do smoke pot but nothing harsh !

You need to ask yourself why you pushed her away... you need to really understand who you are & why you do things. You need to be able to FIX/REMOVE the parts of yourself that aren't helping you get to your life goals. Yes, you also need to know what your goals are.

You have to show her you can be a great father to your kids, and then hope the other guy goes diving off a cliff somewhere, and gets the wind speed all wrong!

The thing is, you never know what's around the corner. Just have to hang in there and hope, ya know?

I say that because if you cannot move on after 5 years, there is no point thinking you will after 10 or 20 either!

Have you talked to her about this? Try to clean up, take her out for a chat and see what is possible. If she's serious about the new guy, though, you might have missed your chance.
