Guys, boyfriend trying to cheat?

Hello. I caught my boyfriend trying to cheat. He was away on a work trip. And I found a sex ad. He posted on Reddit looking for somebody for the evening. I confronted him about it and he told me that I was paranoid and I was insecure. And I had no faith in him. I did not respond to that and the last message I had sent to him was that I was heartbroken. He had since returned my things four days later to my house and have been. Mind you we were together for approximately two years. I have not received an apology, and instead I received an email the other night stating that I created him to jump from , a post to an encounter. , a post to an encounter. And now my hatred for him is justified as he has cheated now. Again I did not respond to that. Thoughts, on why this was all turned around on me?

Damn, that really sucks what happened. I can't believe your boyfriend actually tried to cheat on you like that, what a jerk. Posting stuff on Reddit looking for other girls while he's away, that's super messed up. And then to try and turn it around on you and say it's your fault? That's such bullshit. You definitely didn't do anything wrong by confronting him about it, any girl would be upset finding something like that. It was good that you didn't respond when he was trying to blame you too. Guys who cheat always try to make excuses instead of just admitting they screwed up. You didn't do anything to make him do that, that's completely on him. It's super lame that he still hasn't even apologized either, even after you guys were together for two years. I'd say don't even bother giving him another chance, you can do way better than a guy who's gonna lie to you and disrespect you like that. It's probably gonna be hard to get over it for a while since you cared about him, but just try to hang out with friends and do things to keep your mind off him. He's definitely not worth wasting any more time thinking about. I'm sure there's a way better guy out there who will treat you the right way.
