How to get over the guilt of talking to others after a breakup?

My long-distance boyfriend of 2 years broke up with me a month ago as he got tired of long distance. The breakup really hurt me but I agreed with him. It was the only relationship I have ever had. However, today I had to have a conversation with a guy from work over text and it was pretty normal, work-related conversation until I realised that he was a bit invested in me as he knew a lot about me while I knew nothing much about him. It signalled interest as he wanted to keep talking to me and asked me if I'm free any time this week.

By no means I want to get into another relationship in near future. However the fact that I talked to him despite knowing his motives made me feel terrible. It felt like I cheated on my ex although we're no longer together. How do I deal with this feeling?
