Ex girlfriend is she immature being difficult?

I split up with my ex girlfriend nearly two weeks ago.I love her to bits and still want to be with her. She has turned around and said that she misses me but is unsure whether we should be together.

We both agreed to have time apart to think things through.

However since we have split we haven't seen each other but texting each other loads.

Last night we were texting and it turned out whenever I told her the truth and what actually happened between us, she would turn round and say I'm being out of order and unfair towards her.She literally wouldn't accept responsibility for her mistakes, not once.

So last night I said the truth again and she turned it around saying I was being mean. I clearly pointed out the times she was rude and bad to me.Till this day she hasn't even turned around and apologized.

So last night I again told her the truth and she again wouldn't .accept it so I told her that if she wants someone who takes her bullsh*t, I'm not her guy and too go for someone else. Because if she's wrong or out of line, I will say something to her.

It appears she hates being told when she's out of line, in her head she thinks everything she's done is right when it could be wrong.

So I said to her if she wants someone who takes her bullsh*t and says she's always amazing, never wrong, she's fantastic and great...i'm not her man.

I'm an honest person and like to treat everybody fairly.

I'm I been fair or too harsh.

Why is she acting so immature..we all make mistakes?

I know people like this. They do have an issue with a apologizing because they didn't grow up in an environment where that happens. You learned at a very early age when you do something wrong you should apologize. Your parents and your family teaches you that. If she grew up in an environment where she never received an apology herself, she doesn't know what it feels like to get one, or issue one.

Then there's the perception of being wrong that needs to be tackled. There are some people who don't like "looking" wrong and admitting wrong makes them feel flawed and imperfect. She may have had to deal with an environment where high standards had to be met and being wrong or coming off wrong either needed to be hidden, avoided or dismissed altogether.

Will she change? Depends on how long she's been like that. The older you are, the harder bad habits are to break. Since you're no longer together, you're just gonna have to put up with her b.s. or cut her off. This is who she is!

No, your being fair everyone needs to be pushed into place sometimes. And some people are immature because they are like that that is their pathetic personality and chances are it won't change and there are guys who will accept it. To be honest she will probably never admit she's wrong not only to but to everybody. But trust me you are not being harsh, knock her into place (:

so when she texts you does she point out everything you ever did that she considered wrong or is it just you telling her about all of her "mistakes", just curious what were her mistakes? and what were your mistakes?

Yes when I turned around and said to her, you hurt me saying harsh words, She would turn around and say well you upset me. It tends to go in a vicious circle most the time. I think she always feels I'm blaming her for everything, she turns round and says but you started it. I'm a good person and if I make mistakes I admit it and apologizes. She never has said sorry for anything she's said.

Think you should move on if you two are just rehashing the same old fights, which is how it sounds

This is the part when you have to walk away, yes you love her, yes you want to be with her but if you put up with her inability to accept she is wrong then she'll just keep doing it. If you walk away for good either she'll realize your not going have the piss taken out of you and start to accept her own mistakes and take responsibilty for her own actions because she doesn't want to lose you or she'll be the immature child she is being not care about losing you and you can get out of a bad situation before it traps you.

Sounds like yoou had good reasons to break up, and maybe yu should stay that way. People don't usually change and she'll probably always duck respnsibility for the way she behaves.

She probably realizes that she's made mistakes but it must be hard to admit it for her. I don't think that you were harsh with her. I think you both should take some time apart like you wanted to. Think things over. Good luck!

If you are supposed to have time apart, then texting should be included. Sounds like maybe it is time to move on.
