Why is he being so hostile towards me?

Hey. I was in a serious relationship for two years. We broke up. A year later, I ask to reconnect and we do. We act like a couple. We did not see this coming. We said we'd take things slowly and have separate lives. I got too connected or that brought on more expectations. So instead of saying I would like for us to talk or see each other more, or see where he stood, I attacked him with him not caring and my insecurity. That didn't go well.

I told him I want to explain myself and for us to communicate. Unfortunately, I became pushy. I wasn't respectful of him. In the past, he wasn't there for me. I pushed him then also. So, I think I did this out of habit. Many calls and texts. A little obsessive, I guess.

He made me seem like I meant something so I wondered why he wouldn't follow through with communicating with me. I could have handled it better.

Anyways, now he seems to not want to communicate or have anything to do with me. He brought up having a girlfriend, which could be a lie. But, I don't really care. He calls me a stalker, that I'm harassing him, and that I have no life.

He's not the center of my life. I did call and text too much. Got impatient. But I think that's because of the past. I don't trust him. I want us to communicate and I think it'll take more to rebuild. Now, I feel like that's not possible.

That's fine, I guess. It's just I don't deserve what he's telling me. Or I'd like to know what I've done to him. Because his mind changed drastically. And he's avoiding me. It's just not normal.

Id there a way he can forgive me, give me another chance, or be open to talking to me?

I just want to understand what the heck happened.
