There is a lot to improve for the man in that picture. Being fat shows that you have an unhealthy lifestyle and almost no drive in life. If he were to lose weight, get some sleep and drop some bad habits, he would be much better.

This is the thing, if you actually read it you might be surprised. I don't advocate that people not be themselves, however I do support personal growth, which is what the take is about. If we clung to exactly who we were we would never evolve as an individual. 2 years ago I wasn't confident or happy, if I just told myself I never wanted to change I wouldn't be the confident and happier person I am now. Which is why I offer OPTIONAL advice for people looking to change the things that don't benefit them.
