I agree it's easier dating as I'm only average looking and have to shave my head bald still I hold very high standards and expect a girl to be very attractive looking for me to date her. You're post is mostly garbage.
As far as number 2 I sort of laughed at because engineers are usually pale and pasty.. not very appealing to look at. ahaha. It's a matter of skill in the career world.
Of course they aren't superior, this post is very shallow and stupid. I know handsome people who are stupid or with health problems (not so superior at all), so are they really superior to a taller then average guy with average face guy with god genetics? (never sick, great body health smart, all his grandfathers/mothers lived without sickness up to 90 etc). Comparing people doesn't take only look there are many more factors before deciding who is superior or not.
This isn't true. In the career world you say, only if they are models or something like that it matters being sexy. How many sexy politicians do you see, how many sexy businessman do you see?
@JohnDoe3000 As I mentioned it depends on the job, and isn't true for everything. For public relationship jobs, social jobs handsome people may get a bonus only that. In science looks matters 0, engineering and most of high payment jobs, politics anywhere the mind matters. It doesn't matter if you are tall short in 80% of the jobs and things (and I am tall myself not a short man crying here).
It's a statistical average, of course there will be jobs where it doesn't matter or the reverse is even true (and even in marketing a pretty girl can get turned down because her female interviewer views her as a threat), but on average it is true and most jobs do have a social component these days, at least in the West.
@JohnDoe3000 I live and work in Germany right now and only in social jobs or waiter, seller etc I see good looking people mostly. In engineering where I work the thing is random, may be good ugly average whatever. Also from myself and all my social circle don't know anyone who had any advantage because was good looking. I have an ugly male friend doing great in social job (the thing is how they present themselves, grooming, wearing uniform, self presence confidence etc). Anyway this post is useless because both ugly/average/handsome people have to work hard to achieve something in life. Nobody pays you if you have no skill (unless model). That unites us all.
I see that you don't have either brain or look. If you have studied biology you should already know that different genes are responsible for different aspects of a human. So a gene may be for eye color, another one for height, one for nose etc etc (simplifying it).
@mits777 Don't be a dip shit. I'm not saying beauty and intelligence are genetically codependent or even intrinsically interlinked. Some of you people do not seem to understand how generalizations work. Stop being so glib. Anyhow, I'm right, as a GENERAL rule, attractive people are smarter than ugly people. Otherwise ugly people would rule the world and be extremely wealthy -- which IS NOT GENERALLY THE CASE. Sex sells, but economics doesn't care about appearance. You're ideas stand removed from your appearance.
@mits777 It's a general rule. Not an absolute. And I don't see many UGLY people ruling. Most of the politicians are average to attractive, even if they are older. I'm a grad student, and good looking people are a plenty. We have ugly people around too, but more attractive than not. It's a general statement. It's logic. Someone with good genetics is likely to have good genetics. Duh.
I don't know why you felt the need to insult me for the first thing you said. I don't know if you're smart or ugly, but it's apparent you don't have any class.
I make a 3 figure salary i am 180 cm and great body. Also 2 degrees bachelor and msc in engineering. Make the math yourself. I am just a modest guy aaying the truth. Someone that is good looking doesn't have any relation with him being smart healthy no aickness etc there are different genes. Hard work and skills are all that matters in 80percent of jobs occupations etc.
@mits777 I didn't say hard work and skills don't matter. Why are you defending something no one brought up? Sure. Everyone on the internet makes a six digit paycheck. I would bet... probably not. It's statistically more likely that you're a 23 year old living with you mom. So anyhow, your position is that ugly people are as smart if not more so than beautiful people? Right, that's what you believe?
Do you want a copy of my contract to see the salary yourself? Yes I live with a mom, your mom. If you read my profile info you would have already knew that ai dont leave same country where I was born and work abroad. I believe that both ugly acerage or handsome people can be smart or ugly there is no relation.
@mits777 Yeah, can you post a link to PDF of your contract. I want to quiz you on it. I never said that ugly people can't be intelligent. Why must you go from zero to 100. Some people don't seem to understand that gray exist; they want to fight over black and white. It's a very binary point of view. You're profile is private; your face is hidden behind the cliche of a immature social movement. Anyhow, I'm fairly certain that you're wrong - that there is a correlation between good physical genetics and good cognitive genetics. That's a funny thing for you to deny, but whatever.
Why shouldn't my profile be private? Why should I show my face to complete strangers? I have 9 followers that I follow back too and some of them have seen my face and know a lot about me.
@mits777 You shouldn't do anything you don't want to; and no one should take you for being more than you present yourself to be. I don't know anything about you other than you're occasionally wrong, overly simplistic, and that you're rude to strangers online. That's all I know for certain.
You are wrong about me being overly simplistic. And of course anyone can be occasionally wrong (but I am not wrong here in this comment) and yes I may behave rude to people I don't respect especially when they showcase how dumb they are.
@mits777 But you are simplistic. I said, "Perfect exterior, more likely to have perfect brain." -- and the first thing you did was insult me, even though what I said is completely reasonable, and likely supported by empirical data. It's because you think in extreme binaries, like simple people do. Psychology Today, citing a study by The National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent Health (Add Health), tested and concluded that IQ and attractiveness correlates, which is obvious. You're just too much of a boob caught in your emotions more than your intellect. Normal. Average. Unexceptional. Defines your actions.
So according to that article I would have been very handsome which I am not haha. I am average guy but smartest guy (not bragging, just citing what others think of me, best student, best employee software engineer, best problem solver etc). I have ugly friends working with me with godlike intelligence and skills... I never noticed such trend that attractive people are smart and intelligent and to be honest all attractive people that I know are shallow (most of them, because there are some very smart too)
@mits777 No. Do you know what a correlation is? Psychology 101: correlation is not causation. Things can tend to be a certain way, but that doesn't mean they are ALWAYS that way. I said, "Perfect exterior, MORE LIKELY to have a perfect brain." Which is correct. I don't know much about programing computers, but I know a lot about history, law, and culture. It's okay to be right about different things, but I'm not going to tell you how to design an iPhone app because I would be wrong, which is something you just subjected yourself to.
I know a lot about history, medicine, anatomy, music but not law. Anyway there is no point in continuing this discussion because we will never agree with each others point of view. I didn't said before that correlations means a sure thing, I also mentioned that never seen that trend, the trend that attractive people are more likely to be smart.

I agree. Aside from being born to wealthy parents, being attractive is probably the biggest advantage you can have in life.
I can attest to these things but I wouldn't call it being superior
Of course they aren't superior, this post is very shallow and stupid. Well, statistically taller men are more successful in business and politics and pretty/handsome candidates are more likely to get hired.
Of course they aren't superior (though they can be more confident because they're used to people sucking up to them), but they do get advantages.
@JohnDoe3000 As I mentioned it depends on the job, and isn't true for everything. For public relationship jobs, social jobs handsome people may get a bonus only that. And of course for dating it is normal handsome people rule. But dating is another thing and jobs/skills/personality is another thing.
@mits777

Except for number one, this is all true for me although I don't feel like I'm above everyone else.
Sexy people have the pussy (or the Bigus Dickus)
A good escort makes more than any teacher, professor or employee, more than some doctors.
That's Sex Power.
It's genetics. Perfect exterior, more likely to have perfect brain

I see ugly people ruling politicians bussinessman short ugly people rule where I live. Why dont models rule instead according to your broken logic.

honest... but too much of coward to not be anon... perhaps a guy who accidentally hit the nail on the head.
not in my experience, I was told these complements, but I always had low self esteem and insecurities
Since everyone's view of what is sexy is different, this is a pointless take.
I am naturally unnatractive. I built a decent body though
1 and 3 ok
But 2 ? really like bill Gates and walid ibn talal are very fucking handsome
That last dude looks like he's waiting to take a long, hard dicking :/
LOL! This should get the award for most blatantly obvious take ever! Aren't we all aware of this? :P
Only that attractive men have a hard time in the career world..
Why? They think you're stupid?
Superior? I don't think so.
Still doesn't mean much if you have a crap personality.
Kind of agree with this actually lol
Because people judge you on your appearance.
