Everyone Deserves to Be Sexy and Successful

Everyone Deserves to Be Sexy and Successful

I used to be worried about fashion. I used to procrastinate on chores and not do anything that might move me forward. I used to be a lot more worried about what people would think of me than focusing on making my future better than my present. I used to believe that no matter where I was, I would never be where I wanted to be. That was two weeks ago. But last Friday?

Well, then I began reading this book (a whole chapter!*)

7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens

All that changed. There were other factors involved, of course...

A couple of good friends who were younger yet oddly more mature than me, and totally completely accepting of me.

A rich lady I met in my neighborhood, who I actually carried on a conversation with (because I was acting more mature via book) and who I might befriend, which might turn out to be not just a friendship but business opportunity. I’ll take either :)

An open mind

Everyone Deserves to Be Sexy and Successful

Some fun facebook groups a joined, via a complete stranger/ now friend who supported me in my decision to break away from my parent’s religious beliefs and pursue my own spiritual path.

Because of those facebook groups, I have met many friends and been given the opportunity to participate in an trade-group (Which, if anyone is interested, I will happily send the link for! You get to make crafts or art and trade it for somebody else’s! It’s so fun! Just make sure your craft is nature-inspired, and vegan or vegetarian. Ex: coconut-sugar scrub, butterfly doodle artwork, etc. would do fine.)

Being successful and sexy is not about being cheap or stuckup; it’s about being confident and working hard. It’s about taking care of yourself and reaching out to others. And everyone deserves that!

*In case you're wondering if i ever read more than one chapter; I reread chapter one and am now into chapter three, more to come!
