I think that one of the most important things is missing - if you catch him lying. When a guy really likes a girl he will never dare to lie to her and to risk severing the bond between you.
Wait a minute... you're 14. How many ages ago would this have helped you? I've got a 12 year old son, let me know what kind of situation he's walking into.
@txdiie_ Okay hon. That's cool but you shouldn't be that far into dating where this really applies. Not yet, really. Make 18 before you do really foolish stuff. Just for the sake of one dad out there.
@Charleslvajr As for your son, around the age 13-14 that's usually when some of them get more serious about dating an stuff. Or at least liking girls thats for sure. I know guys our age who are no longer virgins, just so you are prepped for your son. Also I started liking guys since about the same time too, but I've stopped cuz i got hurt too many times lmao
You need to take care of yourself for a while. Learn about relationships and guys and all of the issues that come with it before you start wanting to set up a joint bank account. Go a year or two without dating at all would be my advice.
@Idontknow092 I hate the telephone and in my job I can't be using it anyway, so my wife and I send texts. She knows she has to wait, most of the time, between each one, sometimes for a couple of hours, to get an answer.
What I would do is try and make him feel comfortable around me. For example, if we were hanging out, I'd be self deprecating. So I'd say things like, "Oh if I were in those shoes, I'd probably trip and fall on my face. I'm such a clutz". I would just try to be as down-to-earth as possible that way he wouldn't feel like I was a snob or hard to please. Hope that makes sense!
@misstalia_95 I come off as stuck at first but once a guy gets to know he says I'm laid back or cool. I kinda give up on shy guys they always just stare and seem excited when I talk to them but they expect for me to go up to them. It's not very reassuring
@misstalia_95 Doesn't always happen. If he knows you for a while it works better then the dreaded "cold call". Anyone who has done sales knows what that is and just how stressful that can be. Now add to it the emotional investment and you begin to get a picture of how it is that shy guys can go without making that approach.
"Once a guy get to know me..." Wow, how does a guy get to know you if you're putting off the initial vibe of stuck up brat? There is no reassurance for a guy to buy into that. Why would a guy put his ass on the line for some bratty little turd to publicly humiliate and shit on him?
This is what is going through guys heads when that first statement is your base presentation.

I mostly agree but I also think that relationships go through stages of closeness and pulling away a bit.
Well fuck him if he's not I wish he rots in hell
Lol a bit harsh, but he's an ass if he dares waste your time
And worst I'll make him choke on his vomit no hard feelings tho no one will disturb my peace
Sounds like you're already disturbed.
@Charleslvajr no I'm not disturbed but I would like a reason for my next victim
What does your therapist think about all this?
@Charleslvajr I stopped going bc he thinks on fucked stupid him
Can you translate that last statement?
@Charleslvajr he thinks I am fucked *
What do you think and why does he think that?

Ah yes, I loved that book. The movie not so much.
The movie was more shallow than the book, didn't go too deeply but delivered the general message
Simple if he not smiling or happy always frustrated and talk angrily with you. Not respect you not respond u means he is not interested in you anymore
Whoaaa I needed this ages ago
@txdiie_
lol me too
Wait a minute... you're 14. How many ages ago would this have helped you? I've got a 12 year old son, let me know what kind of situation he's walking into.
@Charleslvajr well i started liking boys in like the third grade and I don't know about my bff i forgot
and yeh

@Charleslvajr we aren't dating. just stupid crushes
@txdiie_ Emotions are never stupid, just unrealized.
thanks for taking the time to compile this, here's a golden opportunity to make 10 reasons she's motor that into you..
What if he is shy? Point number 1 doesn't cover that
As a Shy Inexperienced Guy, I disagree with all your points!!!
2. Is very true from my experience.
I don't know the circumstances under which you made those experiences but i and a lot of my guy friends just don't like to phone.
@Idontknow092 I hate the telephone and in my job I can't be using it anyway, so my wife and I send texts. She knows she has to wait, most of the time, between each one, sometimes for a couple of hours, to get an answer.
@Idontknow092 It had nothing to do with hating the phone, he was just trying to disappear until I had to call him.
Well, that's 10% of the questionnaire.
I gave this the once over, and I agree
Sometimes it's necessary to listen to the words that no one wants to hear, it hurts to take time and realize that the person you love doesn't care
I would never let my girl feel this way, so yes, if i like a girl i will let her know
Nice reading this
Thank you
Welcome 😊
Looking for more such take 😊 in future
1, 2, 3, and 4 are not true.
But the rest are.
Interesting myTake
Thanks
Thank you for sharing.
The dreaded... what if he's shy though?
Nope. My fiancé is shy but he still asked me out.
@misstalia_95 wow congrats on the engagement. Good to know that if a shy guy wants it he'll step up to the plate
Thank you! And yeah, he'll step up eventually.

@Charleslvajr takes a while but we get to know each other overtime at school or through friends; it happens organically.
And I'd never and have never humiliated a guy. My rejections have always gone well.
Without any evidence, I will accept what you say is what you mean and I wish you the best in the future. Good people deserve that.
Nice and true take
