So in this take I was thinking of "if she's claiming she is dating traditionally, what would you call the rest of us?" to make a point/statement that there is no such thing except for character and personality.
BUT if I think about modern dating separately... I'd say that the focus of modern dating would be online seeking on Tinder, Cupid, Twitter, Facebook and then going on a date in person. Whether or not they choose to make that date a Netflix and chill, a creative date or a dinner date depends on the people and what they are seeking. To sum that up, I'd say that modern dating just involves the help and disadvantages of technology.

Define better. Everyones opinion is different. I mean, there was the Great Depression and I don't believe anyone would define that as better for the economy, per say. It mightve been good for character, but then you see Shirley Temple being a sexualized child on the screen and possibly think to yourself.. Maybe those weren't any different from now or anytime in the history.
We could look at medieval times and I could tell you that it wasn't fun for women being married off as young girls to the highest bidder in order to support their families... Or the disease outbreaks that were not cured due to lacking medically advanced technology.
We could look at the Baby boomers and see how amazing life was for them, but then they destroyed the economy and environment for the future generations... lol
I mean, honestly, when was life ever not shitty? I mean, we could play pretend and fancy ourselves a little pretend in a fantasy realm where everything "could've" been this or that.
We could think of the caveman lifestyle... The simple of times.. where we killed and ate whatever. Where discovering fire was the climax of our entire existence... But then we experience similar things now with technology... and bombings/shootings/cannibals/ the list goes on.

I feel that. I could've definitely done a better response to the other girls MyTake. I took the dramatic flare and didn't take the time that I should've to really think about how many different people will be viewing this.
