Yes and no but it's just a preference same as preferring one color hair over the rest. It would be shallow if you found your dream guy and wouldn't date him over it, like finding your dream guy and not dating him because he has blonde hair and you like brunette.
Besides just because they aren't cut doesn't mean you'll enjoy sex with them. A lot of things factor in when dating around. You can have preferences, everyone does, but don't stick so hard to ones that are just superficial and miss out on someone great. I never dated any Latino guys, I could see they were cute and nice, but I just never did, then my boyfriend asked me out and I just couldn't say no. So you never know, a guy might just change your mind :P

I am not circumcised, and I think that a lot of people are giving up doing it to their kids, and I think that only the very religious ones are still doing it. my dad says that's how you are born, that's how you should stay. my dad is circumcised because it was popular or regular practice back then.

Don't know if that is true, but if it is, it also means they are less likely to pass on STDs.

The only exception is if the guy was just recently circumcised, then there's an effect of also more likely to pass on diseases. But yeah, it's true. The cells in the foreskin are especially vulnerable to STD infection.

So it might be more natural/fun to bang uncircumcised guys, but cut guys are safer.

I'm against the forceful circumcision and the belief that the foreskin is 'useless' and 'unclean'. It's natural and it feels better. Intact men need less friction because the foreskin protects and lubricates the glans so sex is gentler. I've been with some cut men and they were rough and I know now that is because their foreskin was removed.
