Girlfriend told me her past after I said that I didn't want to talk about exes or sex history, how can I get over it?

We have been going out for 6 months but I mentioned in the beginning that I don't want to talk about exes or hear about them or sexual history, she said okay but I guess she couldn't hold it in and told me stuff about her sexual history etc, now I can't get over it and I keep thinking about it and am insecure, in a virgin and she doesn't want to have sex right away but she told me this stuff and now I don't know how I can look at her the same way, how do I get over this?

Well she is a human being and sex doesn't suddenly change everything about a person. She isn't a different human being than she was before she told vs after she told you. The person in her remains the same. As for insecurity issues, everyone will have ex's and history with someon. So everyone has to deal with knowing their SO used to be with someone else, love someone else, etc. This is a part of life and a fact you have to accept. The quicker you understand this the better. She is with you for a reason and chose you above everyone else so why does it matter? She could have chosen anyone else but saw something in you she didn't see in another person. That is a huge compliment and confidence booster in knowing you are in a league of your own. With that said, it was very insensitve of her to say that when you told her you didn't want to know. That seems quite childish and immature. Is she always like this?

No, she brought up how big her ex was and how she was gang banged and we haven't even had sex because she told me she wasn't ready really awkward stuff, I figured that girls always bring up their exes because in all my past relationships, girls have always brought up their exes, so I figured this time I would make it clear that i didn't want to talk about exes or past history etc etc but even with that it still came up, in guessing that no matter what girls exes are always going to be brought up.

I don't know I have had past experience with previous ex gfs always bringing up their exes so I always thought that girls would bring up their exes if you didn't tell them not to, which is why in this relationship I mentioned that I did not want to talk about exes etc but it still was brought, I guess one way or nother girls are going to brings up their exes.

Well, obviously, to a very large extent it's what makes us into who we are. Every relationship brings baggage with it; lessons and demons. Knowing what happened in previous relationships can give us good insight in understanding our SO's motives and thereby, them as a person.
If someone was raped, it might be a reason for them not to open up sexually.
Maybe your girlfriend has done all that shit but regrets it, and that's why she hasn't had sex with you yet.
I'd ask her why she told you that shit, even though you asked her not to.
Judgment comes after understanding, not before it.
