Why do guys not just tell you if they don't want to speak to you instead of ignoring you?

Why is it that when you try and speak to certain people, for example I've been seeing this guy for a while but the past couple days he's been quite distant. Reading my messages and not replying, not answering his phone. If people don't want to talk to you that's fine that's their choice but why don't they just tell you instead of making you feel like an idiot?

This happened to my friend before there are two reasons. Firstly, you are going too fast and he is not comfortable about it and it scared him away therefore he only know to hide away and ignore in hope that this will be a signal to slow down.
Secondly, they just need some space maybe cause he got tired? You are slightly irritating? Very much depends on your interactions frequency of interactions etc.
Do ask him about it nicely and casually and see what he says maybe from there you can understand why

Almost all of society feeds from each others energy consciously, but yet people think an individual will not act in that way.

Honestly I find this post very ironic. Seeing how well people handle not getting closure is the exact reason why don't people bother telling you to your face. People make things a lot harder than they need to be. If they're not talking take a hint they're not that into you anymore.

Blame yourself. I bet you were coming on too strong for him and he wanted sex and only sex from you. When feelings started to develop he needed to ignore you. When having sex, try your best to not make it emotional so you can keep receiving the same dick but he won't be loyal.

Well sometimes certain people disappoint you in same way so you just can't talk with them normally but you still don't wanna lose them so you just ignore that person until you get over it
