Boyfriend doesn't kiss or hug me goodbye?

I'm kinda confused about my boyfriends behavior. He has never made the first move physically once, everytime something physical has happened it's cos I initiated it. We've had sex and everything. I thought he would improve with giving affection. Yesterday he got out of the car to say goodbye and we both just stood there, he didn't make any effort to hug /kiss me. I'm sick of initiating so I did nothing.

It doesn't mean I don't love and so on. Just the way we are. Talk with him amd tell him it makes you unhappy and you need him to put in more effort even if he doesn't feel like it. Don't be too clingy and don't push him too far though. He can never be like you.

There are two kind of people in a relationship. Cats and dogs. Seems like you're a dog, lovey dovey expressing your love freely and a lot and he's a cat. He needs his space and independence as a cat. When it feels right, wants to express himself and he's in the mood, he'll go meow meow meow by himself. lell In general I've found that's how it is. You need to talk to him though and make him understand he needs to put in more effort if it makes you unhappy. That's the only way a cat and a dog can live happily ever after.

He seems way too less affectionate and extreme though. There might lie another reason. Only one way to find out.

Yeah like ITKING said! I wasn’t very affectionate to begin with changed for a girl that was just like you wanting me to show affection and she burned me bad, so I don’t show affection and refuse to change my ways ever again. If anything I’m even more so less affectionate than before which was minimal haha.

But just talk to you mate, don’t hold it in and hate his actions hoping he gets hints or actions you try out.

Just talk to him about it. Perhaps there is a solid reason behind it. But communication is very important when it comes to this.

Some men just aren't affectionate. Something happened in my past that made me not wanna be affectionate. I'm not sure why he doesn't initiate sex unless he hates the way you look, is gay on the low, or have mental issues etc...
