Hypothetically,

If you are eating dinner, chilling on the sofa.. And for whatever (no) reason your girlfriend decides to punch you hard in the testicles...

And you get angry and kinda punch/slap/push her in the face a bit hard, right after kinda as in an instinct... And shout WTF... Then she runs off and starts crying and wouldn't talk to you...

Is that wrong?

If he was the type of guy to never in a million years hit a girl or anything...

The only reason I would see that punching a guy in the balls is okay is if he's trying to rape her. Other than that, under no circumstances should it happen.
