Will our baby be tall or short if my wife is taller than me?

Hey everyone I wanted to ask this.😊
So me and my wife are expecting our first baby and like many soon to be parents we like to talk about our child.😊
But after the topic as whom will the baby resemble more and what he/she will become in life😘. We like to talk about what height will the baby be.
I am 177 cm (not too short) but my beloved wife is (189 cm). 😊
Will our baby boy/baby girl reach 6 feet or more?(Afterall their mother is TALL😂😂

Baby boy will be taller than his mother or at least be 6 feet and girl will be more than 175 probably.

Depends can be shorter than their mother but can/will be taller than you.

There's huge variance and some depends on diet (more specifically if you, for instance, didn't have a good one).

However the rough estimate would be that actually your sons would be about your wife's height and your daughters would be about your height.

Tall + Tall usually equals Tall. It's hard to say that though, as it all boils down to % and probability.

She was really insecure and mainly because GIRLS made fun of her😟. Only because she was TALL.
I loved her. She has such a cute smile. Yeah at first I did not dare to share my feelings because she was way tall.
But as we became friends and grew closer. We fell in LOVE.
And Love is UNCONDITIONAL😍😘.
Funniest part is both our parents FREAKED OUT when they saw who we choose as our life partner.
Hers because I was really short

no telling what happends. i mean its not just a50/50 you have to account all of your family... if you have really tall grandparents for example she probably gonna get these "tall genes" because she gets them from both sides.

A 60 to 80 percent is determined by genetic factors, and it's 50/50 if it's from the mother or father. Whereas 20 to 40 percent can be attributed to environmental effects and nutrition.

I'm 4'10 but my mom is 5'9 and my Dad 6'0 and the all of my brother's are over 6'0 and my teo sisters are about the same as my mom.

if it's a boy he'll likely take after the mom, a girl mostly takes after dad. do you have any tall relatives on your side of the family? short genes are dominant

Me and my brother ended up being taller than our parents. My mom is 5'0 and I'm 5'4 and my Dad is 5'9 and my brother is 5'11 lol we look pretty funny in our family pictures.

It all depends on genes make sure your kid goes to play basket ball, it really helps, haha remember make him play basket ball by which he will be more than 6ft at least

A couple that my parents are Friends with are both Not even 5'7"(~1.70m) and Their son is almost 6'(~1.82m).
