Guys, men getting dressed and leaving bedroom immediately after sex?

Just wondering why if a guy says he wants to date with potential relationship (not a casual thing) why would he just immediately get dressed and leave bedroom back to the tv or something straight after sex instead of laying, cuddling and talking getting to know the girl more and building a bond? Wouldn't you want to build a bond and maybe have a second round? What kind of men do this? I'm curious as if a guy does this to me I immediately freak out thinking i was used for sex and I want him to leave and I block his phone number and ghost him. ESPECIALLY if the sex was quick and all about getting his own interests met and not mine. I'm wondering basically was the guy only after sex or just not an affectionate type?
